Brandice Polley
Controller
Brandice joined Beacon as controller in October 2022. She has over 10 years in financials experience.
Brandice brings to Beacon an in-depth knowledge of multi-community financials, preparation of
budgets, and financial and analytical reporting. In addition to her role as Controller, Brandice provides
Human Resource, Strategic Guidance, and Leadership/training.
Prior to joining Beacon, Brandice served as Accounting Manager for ATN international (an international
communications company) and Accounting Manager for Georgia Spine and Orthopedics. Prior to these
positions, Brandice worked in varying positions within the accounting realm, but gained her start in the
financials and accounting world with PGA Tour Superstore in their corporate office.
In her free time, Brandice enjoys spending time with her 2 canine fur babies, Ellie Mae, and Riley Grace
and 1 feline fur baby, Chanel. She volunteers her time with Rucker Dog Training on the weekends to
help other families learn to train their pups.
