Tony joined Beacon in 2020 and brings more than 19 years of senior housing experience. His experience includes successful roles as a Regional Sales Director, Executive director, and as an Operations and as a Sales consultant for multiple senior housing companies. Tony has also created his own successful senior housing referral company that was sold in 2015. He has a passion for sales and marketing and thrives on mentoring community teams for success. His experience in creating/implementing/managing effective marketing strategies has led to the successful financial turnaround of multiple occupancy-challenged communities.
Tony is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in Biology and Medical Science. He is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, Licensed Assisted Living Administrator, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
